Stock Policy
All items are in stock unless otherwise noted. Out of stock items will ship as they become available. Although JDS Labs strive to provide accurate dates for backordered items, ETA dates are subject to change.
Order Process
Over 95% of orders ship within 1-2 business days. You will be notified of any delays within this timeframe. Order status is indicated by three automated e-mails: a PayPal receipt, a JDS Labs order confirmation, and a shipment confirmation.
All messages are sent to the e-mail address associated with your PayPal account. Order information and tracking/customs numbers can also be accessed by logging into your PayPal account and clicking on the transaction.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 8.1% shall be applied to orders placed by residents of Illinois, USA, as determined by your PayPal shipping address.

Warranty
Pre-assembled amplifiers are fully guaranteed against parts and manufacturing defects for 1 year from purchase date. Warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfection or defects due to mishandling, abuse, or neglect. Accidental damages and out-of-warranty products can be repaired for $5 USD + return shipping.
Bare circuit boards and other standalone parts may be returned if in new (untouched) condition, but are otherwise sold without warranty.
