Stock Policy
All items are in stock unless otherwise noted. Out of stock items will ship as they become available. Although JDS Labs strives to provide accurate availability dates for backordered and preordered items, estimated shipment dates are subject to change.
Order Process
Over 99% of in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. You will be notified of any delays within this timeframe. Order status is indicated by three automated e-mails: A PayPal or credit card receipt, a JDS Labs order confirmation, and a shipment notification.
All messages are sent to the e-mail address you provide during checkout. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not received any messages from us.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 6.85% shall be applied to orders placed by residents of Illinois, USA, as determined by your PayPal shipping address.

Warranty
Pre-assembled amplifiers and DACs are fully guaranteed against parts and manufacturing defects for 2 years from purchase date. Warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfection or defects due to mishandling, abuse, or neglect. Accidental damages and out-of-warranty amplifiers can be repaired for the cost of replacement parts plus return shipping. In the event that warranty service is required, the buyer is responsible for shipping expenses to JDS Labs.
Headphone adjustment exchanges can be made at the discretion of JDS Labs, Inc. and may be subject to a $10 USD rebuild fee.
Audio cables carry a 30 day replacement gaurantee.
Standalone parts, including bare circuit boards, may be returned within 14 days if in new (untouched) condition, but are otherwise sold without warranty.
Return Policy
Pre-assembled amplifiers, DACs, and unused DIY parts may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of shipment delivery. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Cables and custom cases are non-refundable.
Buyer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from JDS Labs, Inc. through the Contact form for all returns. Shipping expenses are non-refundable; buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses and safe arrival of returned item(s) to JDS Labs, Inc. Returned items must be in like new condition and include all original accessories.
Changing an Order
Unshipped orders may be changed by contacting us. Because most orders ship within hours, changes are not always possible.
If you have placed multiple orders the same day, we will try to combine your orders and issue a shipping discount. Combining mutliple orders is not always possible due to the quick pace of our automated shipping system.
Cancelling an Order
In Stock Orders: Unshipped orders of in stock items may be cancelled by contacting us.
Preorders/Backorders: Preordered and backordered items may be cancelled for full refund within 48 hours; a 10% reservation fee applies to preorder/backorder cancellations after 48 hours.
